The enquiry journey on this site is our own commercial workflow. It is engineered to capture every enquiry durably, interpret it against a versioned AI schema, route it to the right person by deterministic rules, offer real scheduling, and brief the owner internally before anyone picks it up. If a step fails, it degrades to a human — never to silence. That is the pattern we engineer for customers: structured data, intelligent interpretation, workflow orchestration and human oversight.

Why RaqiaFlow exists
We didn’t start as an AI company looking for a use case. We started inside the operational problem.
Same business, new identity — RaqiaFlow is the trading name of the company previously registered as Stealth Translations Ltd.
Where we come from
RaqiaFlow is the new name for the business that operated as Stealth Translations. That company ran multilingual data operations and language-technology workflows — quality-critical work combining skilled people with engineered processes and custom tooling.
What we kept seeing
The same pattern everywhere: expert people doing manual, repetitive work around documents and communication — while the tools meant to help them were disconnected, rigid or never quite finished.
What we built instead
A company that does the whole job: software engineering, applied AI, multilingual capability and human expertise — delivered as one system, measured against how the work actually runs.
The name
Raqia (רָקִיעַ)
The expanse or firmament — the structure that creates order. Flow is what happens when complex work moves through that structure without friction.
