The starting point

One workflow.Properly examined.

A Workflow Engineering Review is a fixed-scope, fixed-fee look at one workflow you nominate: where it stalls, what that is costing the business, and what it would take to engineer a materially better flow. The written assessment is yours to keep.

How it runs

Deliberately small. The point is evidence about one workflow, not a programme.

  1. 01

    You nominate one workflow

The one that hurts: orders, intake, approvals, reporting, handoffs between systems - wherever valuable work visibly stalls. One workflow keeps the scope fixed and the fee fixed.

  2. 02

We map how it really runs

Not the documented version - the real one. Where work waits, what gets re-keyed, which systems do not talk, which decisions depend on one person being available.

  3. 03

    You get a written assessment

Where the workflow stalls, what the stall is plausibly costing, and what it would take to engineer a materially better flow. Yours to keep - whether or not we work together again.

What it is not

Not a transformation pitch

One workflow, fixed scope. If the review finds nothing worth engineering, the assessment says so - that answer is worth having too.

Not a platform commitment

The assessment describes what a better flow would require. It does not presuppose that we build it, or that anyone does.

Not a slideware exercise

It is an engineering review, not a strategy document - specific steps, specific systems, specific costs, written by the people who would build the fix.

Where does your valuable work get stuck?

Describe the workflow in ordinary language - how it runs today and where it hurts. If a Review would not tell you anything useful, we will say so rather than sell you one.
